Management Accountant

We're seeking a diligent and experienced Management Accountant to join the Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and possess a keen eye for detail, aligning with our Housing industry needs. Client Details The organisation is a medium-sized entity in the property industry, based in Birmingham. Known for its commitment to providing quality housing solutions, the company prides itself on a conscientious and ethical approach to business. Description Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements. Reviewing and analysing financial data for accuracy and compliance. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline accounting functions and operations. Communicating financial information to non-finance managers within the business. Engaging in cost analysis and identifying savings opportunities. Contributing to the improvement of financial policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Experience in a similar role within the Housing sector. Strong technical skills including proficiency in accounting software. Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail. Good communication skills to convey financial information effectively.Job Offer A competitive annual salary with a range between £35,000 and £45,000. A comprehensive benefits package.
