Head of Engineering - CX, Call Recording
Location: London
Salary: £95,000
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the CX & Call Recording function within a multimillion £ organisation. You will have complete autonomy and be responsible for building and developing a team of engineers, currently consisting of 13 members, with plans for growth.
Key Skills:
- Proven leadership skills, respected by team members
- Ability to build a happy and successful team
- Confident and decisive in making key decisions
- Strong technical knowledge in CX and Call Recording
- Expertise in digital technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership and autonomy over the CX and Call Recording function
- Lead, build, drive, and upskill team members
- Strive to establish the CX and Call Recording function
- Drive key deliverables across business functions
- Delegate responsibilities to empower team members for personal growth
- Maintain a strong mentality, leading from the front
- Report directly to the board
- Act as a player-manager, driving the CX division forward
