Salary: £95,000

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the CX & Call Recording function within a multimillion £ organisation. You will have complete autonomy and be responsible for building and developing a team of engineers, currently consisting of 13 members, with plans for growth.

Key Skills:

• Proven leadership skills, respected by team members
• Ability to build a happy and successful team
• Confident and decisive in making key decisions
• Strong technical knowledge in CX and Call Recording
• Expertise in digital technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership and autonomy over the CX and Call Recording function
• Lead, build, drive, and upskill team members
• Strive to establish the CX and Call Recording function
• Drive key deliverables across business functions
• Delegate responsibilities to empower team members for personal growth
• Maintain a strong mentality, leading from the front
• Report directly to the board
• Act as a player-manager, driving the CX division forward
