The Store Manager Role: As Store Manager, youll lead our Guildford team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Youll mentor and inspire your team, helping them achieve both personal and store-wide success. What were looking for: Retail Experience : Ideally in consumer electronics, but we welcome customer-focused backgrounds. Leadership Skills : Proven experience in team management and motivation.
