Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

to join their dynamic team based in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert consultancy, guiding clients through the effective configuration of Business Central/NAV and related add-ons. Conduct system walkthroughs, troubleshoot client software concerns, and identify opportunities for functionality enhancements. Manage project tasks such as GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs, ensuring all configurations align with client expectations. Provide impactful training to key users using standard Microsoft training materials. Collaborate with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery and exceed client expectations. What They’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Key User or Implementation Consultant. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions. Excellent communication and the ability to work independently and within a team. Significant experience supporting, configuring, and implementing Dynamics NAV/Business Central. What’s On Offer: Competitive salary up to £75k, depending on experience.
