Title: BD & Marketing Executive
Location: Prestigious Liverpool Street office
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefits

Role Overview:
Reporting into the Marketing and BD Manager, this is a varied role predominantly supporting the Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice area, with further scope to support additional practice areas.
A partner facing role, the ideal candidate will have previous Business Development experience within a law firm. Working closely with UK and US BD teams and third-party providers to deliver new and existing business.

As a Marketing and BD professional, you will have experience in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the BD Manager to support all marketing and BD activities, including RFPs, pitches, proposals, event support, and database maintenance.
- Lead the drafting and implementation of marketing plans and business development activities, ensuring timely progress.
- Prepare pitches, proposals, directory and awards submissions, and other client presentations.
- Maintain representative matters, deal lists, and client and industry lists for marketing materials.
- Manage the production and distribution of external communications, including client alerts and event invitations.
- Work with the public relations team on announcements for standout deals, awards, and speaking opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- A marketing/business degree or relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven experience in working on pitches, tenders, and client-facing documents.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in managing databases or spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and assertive approach.
- Discretion in handling confidential information and a keen attention to detail.
