The school's specialist care, therapeutic services and education provide support for children with complex learning difficulties and disabilities, including social, emotional and mental health / SEMH. The school creates an environment for each individual to develop both academically and personally. This is a Long-Term maternity cover position which is starting as soon as possible, and will continue until the end of the academic year in 2025. This Merton based school provides a refurbished building both internally and externally to help provide good quality teaching and therapy spaces for students in Key Stage 2 / KS2, Key Stage 3 / KS3, and Key Stage 4 / KS4. This includes acoustic treatment to provide a calm and therapeutic environment, onsite Speech and Language therapists, Occupational Therapists, CAMHS, Music Therapy, and Lego Therapy. This school provides for children with a higher functioning Autistim Spectrum Disorder / ASD, with smaller classroom sizes of a maximum of 10 pupils. We provide 24/7 support and will build a strong relationship with yourself, in order to get a more detailed understanding of your needs and what role will best suit you.
