Sales Coordinator
Our client is a growing force within Construction, due to expansion they are looking for a Sales Coordinator, you ll be responsible for managing sales deals from start to finish, to ensure everything stays on track. You ll follow their sales guidelines but will know when to adjust to get the best results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire sales process, ensuring deals move smoothly from opening to closing.
- Use their sales playbook to guide your work but be flexible to change your approach when needed.
- Work closely with both internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships to help close deals.
- Communicate effectively, choosing the right time and method to get your message across.
- Suggest ways to improve how client works and make the sales processes better.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in project or sales management, preferably in construction or commercial real estate.
- Strong communication skills, verbal as well as written, and open to making cold calls.
- A team player who believes in working together to achieve success.
- Someone who thinks creatively and isn t afraid to suggest new ideas.
- A quick learner who can work independently and takes initiative.
