Marine Engineer

Our maritime industry client based in Helensburgh are looking for an experienced Marine Engineer for a full-time, permanent role. This role will be required to support a fleet of small commercial craft based in the Helensburgh area. The focus of the role is to provide our client with a high level of availability of the craft through scheduled maintenance and defect repair. THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT * Knowledgeable and experienced in small craft inboard propulsion systems, * Knowledgeable and experienced with fuel and hydraulic systems. * Possess a working understanding of small craft electrical and electronics systems. JOB DESCRIPTION * Demonstrate and maintain expected QHSE standards whilst working on any of our client’s vessels, on any sites, and promote a positive safety culture. * Fault-finding and repairs of vessel electrical, hydraulic, propulsion and fuel systems. REMUNERATION PACKAGE ON OFFER Up to £36,000 per annum + benefits
