We have a unique opportunity for a Carbon Analyst to join our progressive company based in London. Position Overview: The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in aligning and optimising our revenue-generating processes and systems. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and experience with marketing automation tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our sales strategy, enhancing our data and business intelligence capabilities, managing our CRM system, and supporting our marketing automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with the senior/sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and monitor sales KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Assist in the creation of sales forecasts and budgets. Data & Business Intelligence Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the company's data and BI strategy, including the collection and management of external data critical to both sales and product development. Design and implement dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and platforms. Utilise data to inform decision-making and drive business performance. CRM Ownership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of the sales and marketing teams. Oversee the implementation of CRM best practices and ensure user adoption across the organisation. Work closely with other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business tools and systems. Maintain and update CRM data, workflows, and processes to support business objectives. Marketing Automation: Support the marketing team in the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp etc). Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and lead scoring models. Analyse marketing automation metrics and performance to optimise campaigns and improve ROI. Ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales processes through effective use of automation tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in revenue operations. Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations processes and systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue operations capabilities and outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role. Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies. Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or Zoho preferred) and marketing automation tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong experience in excel & BI tools with experience in SQL and/or coding languages desirable Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
