Job title: Digital Scheduler Location: Lincoln - LN6, Hybrid (60% office based, 40% Remote) Contract length: 12 month rolling contract IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Digital Scheduler / Cell Scheduler on behalf of a highly reputable company in the Renewable Energy industry. This role is a 12 month rolling contract, based at their Lincoln office location on a hybrid basis. The Digital Scheduler will be responsible for the accurate daily logistics management of a cell output of repaired parts and maintenance of all relevant data on the ERP and APS systems associated with all business service lines. Responsibilities: Providing materials and logistics updates to relevant internal stakeholders Complex Logistics control utilising both ERP and APS outputs and coordination of multiple parts across multiple processes both internally and externally Responsible for the daily logistics of each production cell, monitoring output of the shop floor against digital schedule Follow up the daily management of all production orders on the SAP system to improve the accuracy and daily data management of the parts in progress monthly performance monitoring of yield cost v's target of a basket of engine parts for specific cells. Communicates and liaises with all levels on shop floor Negotiates and gains acceptance for work requirements and priorities. Attends and chairs internal meetings to facilitate progress. Maintain the accuracy of data within all relevant digital applications. Identify and communicate any reasons for deviation and work with Team Members to resolve. Key Skills / Experience Required: Previous Scheduler / Expeditor / Stock Controller / Logistics / Materials experience would be ideal Knowledge of Material Scheduling, Expediting & Production Control Experience in use of digital systems - any knowledge of SAP production order system would be beneficial Knowledge of principles of booking stock in and out would be ideal Strong communication skills Analytical & problem solving skills Competent in MS Office Programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
