Compliance Officer

Job Title: Compliance Officer Location: LondonWe are seeking a Compliance Officer to join a major financial institution in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial regulations and compliance, with the ability to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal standards. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments. Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters and regulatory changes.Monitor and report on compliance issues, including suspicious activities and breaches.Collaborate with regulatory authorities and external auditors as needed.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in a compliance role within the banking or financial services industry.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in law, finance, or a related field.
