First Task Professional are delighted to be working with a well known construction business specialising in high end residential developments to recruit for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Edinburgh to work as part of the project team on one of their flagship developments in Edinburgh.

This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside experienced mentors and gain exposure to various different complex construction methodologies as this site comprises elements of cut & carve, historic restoration & new build works with high end finishes.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess either a Construction Management degree with work experience OR
• Minimum 1 year site based experience without a degree
• Ideally, hold an SMSTS & valid CSCS card
• Have a strong desire to learn & demonstrate technical aptitude
• Possess solid work ethic & ambition to progress
• Have good IT skills and written communication
