We have an extremely exciting opportunity for an Administrator to come and join our Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across of a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables. This role would suit an individual who really thrives on providing a great service to both internal and external stakeholders, who has a familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment, has great time management skills, and an attention to detail. Based at our office in Stafford, this is a full-time permanent role. We are open to discussing part-time options (minimum 30 hours per week) and we also operate a hybrid working policy. In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in: * A discretionary bonus scheme * A generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days with a sliding scale up to 30 days plus your birthday off and two extra half days allocated for Christmas Eve & New Years Eve * Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave * An online money saving portal and access to a 24/7 mental health & wellbeing service. * Volunteering Leave equating to 2 days per year (pro rata if you’re part-time) Duties will include: * Providing general administration support such as answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required, dealing with general enquiries and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. * Maintaining internal databases, updating Landowner records and filing, saving, and archiving documents, including via external/client systems. * Monthly invoice organisation * Preparing documents, letters, reports, mail merges, presentations, and emails. * Supporting with the preparation of legal documents (such as notices), together with reviewing of plans. * Data analysis and cleansing. * Carrying out Land Referencing searches via Land Registry. The successful candidate will have... * The ability to work well within a team but also from their own initiative * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to effectively manage a high task workload and problem solve * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Exceptional organisational skills * Good working knowledge of the MS packages Why Fisher German?
