CRM GROWTH MANAGER (BRAZE)
UP TO £40,000 + 20% BONUS
HYBRID – CENTRAL LONDON – 3 days a week in the office
THE COMPANY
This QSR is one of the most famous chains in the world with tens of millions visitors each year! They are currently hiring for a CRM Growth Manager after a recent promotion in the team.
THE ROLE
As a CRM Growth Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Building campaigns in Braze across multiple channels (email, SMS, app, web, etc)
- Getting involved in the strategy as well as the hands-on work
- Working alongside an agency to plan and execute retention and acquisition campaigns
- Using data to drive insights and develop further CRM campaigns
- Work with wider teams to find new customers and retain existing customers
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a CRM/Digital Marketing role using Braze is essential
- Industry experience is preferred but by no means essential
- Multi-channel campaign experience needed
- Amplitude experience is a plus
