Fencing Contracts Manager - West Midlands region based in Brownhills Details of role – * Be responsible for up to 8 teams of fencers managing multiple customer sites across the West Midlands. The customer base are housebuilders such as Persimmon, Lioncourt Homes, Vistry * Oversee the work of assistant fencing manager * Have a very strong understanding of fencing installation and the different specs * Manager with a can do attitude who isn’t afraid to get stuck and get their hands dirty * Liaise with customer site managers and quantity surveyors * Manage the schedule of works for the teams * Price work on an adhoc basis. Along side the main contract work, we price small works on a daily basis, Experience – needs to have worked in a similar role with SSSTS qualification
