Their Digital Assessment Centre Platform streamlines the assessment centre process with a completely paperless approach, allowing for digital efficiency; saving both time, money and resources.The team work collectively and collaboratively together and this role offers you the opportunity to work very closely with the Business Development Director, allowing you to learn from one of the best in the business, whilst being in the driving seat when it comes to advancing your career.The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. This role suits someone with a minimum of eight months of experience in a BDR role. This role will follow the traditional nature of all BDR-required activities and is a great opportunity to join at an exciting time.Salary levels will be dependent on experience but realistic base salaries of £35,000 - £50,000 with an uncapped commission model on top.ResponsibilitiesUpdate and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRMDrive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managersContact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn and emailsQualify leads from marketing campaigns.Identify & Qualify client needs & challenges.Build relationships with potential customersProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account ExecutivesCollaborate with an Account Executive on strategic prospectingDevelop your sales skillsReport to the BDR Manager on activity and pipelineHit or exceed monthly meeting targetsWhat You’ll BringCoachability and openness to feedbackA keen interest in software sales in a customer-facing roleMotivation to succeed and grow your careerAutonomous, curious, eager to learn, and proactive approachA keen interest in developing your knowledge and skills setProblem solving skills to find suitable solutionsStrong communications skills with ability to gather details about prospectsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentI would love to hear from you so please attach your CV and hit Easy Apply to hear more
