The firms Southampton real estate team are extremely busy with a wide range of property work for a range of household name clients. From development projects and acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail and industrial property, to landlord and tenant issues and general estate and portfolio management instructions for public sector entities, institutional investors and national retailers, the work is varied and challenging.
