Please call the Lead Recruiter Hannah on (phone number removed) for more details. * The company: As modern and long standing Commercial Air Conditioning (HVAC) specialists, with 60 employees currently, mostly based in London and Nottingham - This client now have demand from repeat customers to expand into the South West of England.  Because the companies presence is not in the South West yet- the new Air Conditioning Manager / Lead Air Conditioning Engineer will be hands on with service, repairs, and maintenance works (As well as installs when required).  PLUS you will get your own apprentice / junior air conditioning engineer after probation (3 months), to support with workload and inhibit growth- which you will have free reign of from this point forward! The Service Director (Based in London), will be in full support of you throughout and be there to help. All work will be organized by the office in conjunction with you.  The team: The HVAC team are huge on personality, and helping you develop to where you want to get to. EG, Employees do have experience being put through Project Management courses.
