Admin Officer, Hillsborough, Temporary, £12.59 per hour

A large organisation based in Hillsborough are recruiting for an Administrative Officer on a temporary basis.
Your new role

Reconcile various invoices

Reconcile accounts/invoices and order necessary supplies

Register animals on accreditation platforms and manage related invoices.

Oversee PPE management, including ordering, storing, and issuing.

Handle procurement, ordering, issuing, and reconciliation of supplies

Manage the BVD sample process and resampling if needed.

Register calving events, deaths, and movements

Organise testing for all animals.

Liaise with waste management regarding clinical waste

Manage internal time systems and input staff data.

Maintain and administer the company contract.

Manage the soil nutrient health scheme contract and soil records.

Assist with the Nutrient Management Plan.

Provide support to the Head of Branch (e.g., minute taking, actions log, KPIs).

Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as required by management.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong general administrative skills and the ability to perform various tasks as required by management.

Experience providing support to senior management

Proven ability to reconcile various invoices and accounts.

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Background in farming/agriculture would be beneficial

What you'll get in return

£12.59 per hour

Temporary for a few months initially
