The main duties will reverberate around providing a first class recruitment service to both candidates and key clients. This will involve:
- Resourcing staff for a variety of, mainly, temporary roles. This ranges from ancillary based staff to administrators and senior managers.
- Conducting right to work and other pre employment checks.
- Interviewing potential candidates and helping them through the recruitment journey.
- Liaising with clients over the telephone, through face-to-face meetings and emails.
- Operationally managing temporary staff and coordinating rotas.
- Logging information on the CRM system.
- Dealing with payroll.
The ideal candidate will be articulate, confident and be able to pick things up quickly. This role would really suit someone with previous recruitment work history or a recent graduate, who is very keen to learn. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a team at a time when they are going through significant growth.
