Don't want to work Weekends? We have Monday to Friday, part time set days each week if that suits you better, must be available for morning and afternoon shift.
Duties:
- - Safely operate a van to transport goods and deliver to customer homes
- - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries- Load and unload cargo some assembly work may be involved but full training will be provided
- - Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers or passengers
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting and loading/unloading cargo
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
