EMEA Campus Recruiter - Technology

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a global systematic investment manager on the growth of their Campus Recruitment team in London. The firm operate across the UK, US, Europe and APAC and are in a tremendous period of positive growth.This is a newly created role leading on all their Technology Campus recruitment across EMEA; with a focus on graduates, interns and technologists up to 3 YoE. This role partners on the development of graduates and interns into their high-performing Technology teams. The role works closely with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and universities. You'll have autonomy, run with workshops, and partner with leadership.Responsibilities:Lead on Technology Campus recruitment across EMEA; acting as the main point of contact, establishing and maintaining close relationships with senior stakeholders.Assessing the hiring needs of the Technology teams and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly.Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns.Organising, planning and executing campus recruitment events. Partner effectively with the business to ensure healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner.Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations.Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and databases.Maintaining relationships with universities, student organisations, and recruitment networks.Requirements:Proficient experience recruiting into campus with proven expertise across Technology positions. A track-record working in Financial Services; ideally a Hedge Fund or Investment Manager.The ability to be dynamic, forward-thinking and develop change, with strong communication and collaboration skills This role offers a hybrid working environment of 3-4 days per week in the office, a generous bonus and an outstanding range of benefits and development opportunities.
