General Manager -Casino
Cardiff to 55K basic + £5600 car + 10-20K bonus
We are looking for a Designate General Manager in Cardiff to join one of the largest and most successful gaming groups within the UK. We are very keen to bring in candidates from outside the Casino Industry who have a proven track record as a leader within the broad leisure/hospitality/food retail sectors and who would enjoy working within the fast paced and dynamic environment of a 24hr gaming and entertainment business.
As a designate GM you will be thoroughly trained and inducted into their Casino business before starting in the venue. This will typically take place over a period of 3 months where you will be working at another Casino under the tutelage of a Senior GM where you will be thoroughly inducted into the ways of working and undertake and secure the requisite licensing training and qualifications.

Responsibilities include:
- Create amazing experiences for the customers on every visit, establishing the venue as the destination of choice.
- Build and promote an inclusive, trusting, and high-performance culture with clear and consistent communication.
- Coach, mentor and inspire your team with development plans to maximise their potential.
- Proactively review and action customer insights and engagement.
- Implement a proactive sales strategy working closely with Central functions.
- Create innovative experiences and events across all customer segments
- Drive the financial performance across all elements of gaming and food and beverage.
- Fully accountable for health and safety and operational compliance and industry best practice.
- Ensure that the casino culture instils responsible gambling at its heart.

You will be brought into the business as a designate on a salary of up to £55k plus a car allowance of £5600 per year. There is an opportunity to earn a bonus of 10-20K. Benefits include private medical care, a company pension contribution of up to 10%, life assurance with 33 days annual holiday.
