Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: Kensington and Chelsea Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum We are currently working on behalf of a local council who are looking for an experienced and qualified Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs on occupied and void properties. This is a static role so no van and fuel card will be provided. Responsibilities: Undertaking a wide range of carpentry and multi-trade works including, but not limited to, plumbing, plastering, decorating (both externally and internally) and tiling, using schedule of rates. Floor joists, floor boards, stud work, skirting boards, hanging doors and door saddles, installing kitchens, cupboards, shelving and lock changes. Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.Requirements: City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry and Joinery (required) Full UK Driving Licence (clean)If you are interested in this position, we encourage you to apply or reach out to Leah for more details.
