Quality Assurance Auditor

Vickerstock are proud to be working alongside our highly respected Food Manufacturing client currently at the forefront of their market in the appointment of QA Auditor for their impressive Craigavon facility. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products are produced to customer specifications and that all food safety and quality records are maintained. Salary up to £26,500 per annum 30 days holidays, rising to 33 days on length of service Cycle to work scheme Long service awards scheme Life assurance Pension Culture of recognition What your typical day as QA Auditor will look like: Ensuring daily compliance of all Food Safety and GMP Practices to BRC and customer Standards Verification of product date codes, packaging, weights and quality of products produced Being responsible for ensuring finished product quality meets customer expectations Monitoring and verification of factory CCP's Support production in an advisory capacity regarding allergen control and carry out verification swabs to release production lines. Other duties or projects as required by the management team.
