We're seeking a Electrician to work within Responsive and Planned works on both tenanted and void properties carrying out remedial works on anything from a faulty Light socket to installing a new domestic shower, or installing new lights in communal areas. Role Responsibilities: Execute day-to-day repairs on tenanted/void properties Collaborate with stakeholders, referring complex cases to senior staff when needed. Foster positive customer relations, upholding a reputation for excellence. you'll conduct inspections, testing, and complete repairs, including bathroom and kitchen upgrades and property rewires. Contribute to emergency callouts on a rotational basis. Skills & Qualifications: Complete apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical installation work. Hold relevant 18th edition Electrical qualification plus AM2/ NVQ level 3 Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within 1.5 hrs of home base Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and communicate effectively with clients.
