At Excell Supply, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team in Oswestry, Shropshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and telephone experience to join a market leader. This role may also suit someone who is looking to begin a career in recruitment, who wants to learn from some of the best recruiters in the local Education market.
Job purpose:
Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
Identify new business opportunities
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment consultants and Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
Write, place and update adverts using job boards and social media
Attending job and university fairs
Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidates applications are processed efficiently
Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
Build relationships with perspective candidates
Work towards agreed KPIs and targets
Support the compliance team with pre- employment checks
