They value their employees highly and are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:* Act as the first point of contact for both domestic and commercial customers.* Perform detailed inspections, pest control treatments, and report findings to clients.* Work on BRC sites, gaining in-depth pest control knowledge within the food industry.* Offer expert advice on pest management, hygiene, and prevention measures.* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with the solutions provided.What we're looking for:* Qualifications: RSPH Level 2 in Pest Control is essential.* Experience: Prior experience in pest control is required. Additional experience in minor maintenance work and understanding drainage networks is beneficial.* Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
