We add value with our people, client service ethos, global delivery strategy, technical ability, and attitude.We now seek a Project Administrator to join our London office.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESTo provide administration support to the sector project team in conjunction with assisting in the smooth running of projectsProject duties: acting as point of contact for project related tasks including compilation and formatting of specifications, reports, presentations, document printing and binding, follow admin project delivery processes throughout a project lifecycle. Assisting with the coordination of RFPs/PQQ/tenders etc.Reconcile corporate credit card activity on a monthly basisGeneral typing duties including production of letters, reports, presentations, specifications, etc. using standard company templates, and timely processing of general correspondenceMinute/actions taking at sector team meetingsArranging couriers and receiving packages for distributionAssisting with the completion of expenses and timesheets on behalf of your sector project teamAdministration of holiday leave for project sector teamArranging domestic and international travel, preparation of itineraries and insurance following the company travel policySupport project QA compliance and document filingMaintaining and updating of Contact Relationship Management Database (CRM)Support Ethics and Risk compliance processes and preparation of necessary paperworkAssistance with onboarding / offboarding sector team membersOwnership of sector team organogramsCoordination of CSCS cardsAssisting with engineer site activities i.e. PPE, risk assessments/methods statements, monitoring company booking systemAssisting with event coordination, internal and external including CPD’sRaising, tracking and issuing of purchase orders in line with company processROLE REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in an administration role (preferred)Possess exemplary time management, multi-tasking, and organisational skills while able to work independentlyGood organisation skillsGood time management skillsAbility to prioritise own workloadAccuracy / Excellent attention to detailUnderstanding of engineering terms (desirable)Hours flexibility (able to carry out overtime at short notice)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both orally and writtenAbility to work to tight deadlinesIntermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and OutlookG-Suite (preferred)Background in consulting or construction (desirable)Good understanding of international working and business operations of a global consultancy (desirable)BENEFITSRED offers a variety of benefits, including but not limited to:23 days annual leave rising to 28 days annual leave over 5 years’ serviceHoliday purchase and buy back schemeHybrid WorkingContributory company pension schemeHealthcare Scheme via salary sacrifice (Company funded cover is dependant on level)Non-contractual bonus awardsTraining sponsorshipCharity volunteering leaveWellness days/ initiatives.Salary commensurate with experience.Our people work in friendly teams with a collaborative approach and mentoring support from talented leaders.We offer a comprehensive benefits package and are an equal opportunities employer.*This role will ideally suit those with the right to live & work in the UK without restrictions, as we are unable to offer sponsorship at the present time.
