Are you practical with a knack for DIY and looking for a flexible, part-time role in the property industry?
Sigma Stays is looking for a reliable individual to join their team, handling basic maintenance and property management tasks. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.
In this role, you ll handle minor maintenance tasks, assist with property viewings, inspections, stock collection and delivery.
Must have a driving license and own transport
The Role Offers:
- Salary - £12.50 - £14.50 per hour (Depending on experience and DIY skillset)
- Part Time Working Hours (15 hours per week)
- Working Hours 10:00am 15:00pm (Flexible)
- Overtime Paid at time and a half for any weekend emergencies / callouts
What You ll Need:
- Some DIY knowledge or experience (formal qualifications not necessary)
- Comfortable with basic home maintenance tasks like painting walls , adjusting boiler pressure, tightening door handles, replacing bulbs, gardening etc
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage can be claimed back)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with conducting viewings with prospective tenants, completing inspections for rental properties, and other tasks which are required for daily property management.
This role would suit a handyman, facilities maintenance, maintenance assistant
