Planning Manager

We are looking for a Planning Manager to join the planning team of an award-winning residential developer. Responsibilities Manage smaller planning applications to submission Monitor applications Deal with post submission negotiations in line with agreed strategy Attend pre-application meetings and other meetings with local authorities Preparation of planning appraisals for new sites Qualifications MRTPI or working towards A minimum of 2-3 years of planning experience (gained in a client-side role, consultancy or local authority) RTPI accredited Masters Please contact kirstykdhassociates.co.uk for more information or for a confidential discussion.
