Senior Project AnalystProfessional Services Group, Birmingham - hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)£40,000 - £50,000The CompanyA Senior Process Improvement Advisor is sought by this leading legal services organisation to lead and manage a newly created team and ensure that new technology or processes are adopted effectively and efficiently across the firm. This is an excellent opportunity to drive and lead adoption of new tools and processes.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project AnalystCollaborate with leadership teams to execute their strategies and objectives across the organisationContribute to major transformation initiatives or projects throughout their lifecycle, taking ownership of key workstreams and working closely with cross-functional teamsTake charge of smaller change initiatives or projects, leading them independentlyProvide mentorship and professional development support to less experienced team membersEstablish and nurture relationships with the business areas you support, gaining an in-depth understanding of their goals and change initiatives.Conduct research and analysis to uncover opportunities for business transformation.Skills & Attributes of the Senior Project AnalystExperience in a similar capacity within a law firm or professional services environment, with a focus on project management, process optimisation, and change managementRelevant certifications such as Prince2, Agile, or LEAN Six Sigma are desirable but not essentialProven leadership abilities, with experience in coordinating, delegating tasks, and developing team members through coaching, mentoring, or trainingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, combined with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, supported by commercial awareness and familiarity with legal technologiesFollow us on LinkedIn for up-to-date industry news and our latest vacancies: https://www.linkedin.com/company/harcourt-matthews/ and https://harcourtmatthews.com/blog/Applications can only be considered from those eligible to live & work in the UK without restriction.Harcourt Matthews is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
