Part time SENCO

Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit for a qualified and experienced SENCO for a Primary School in Southeast Birmingham. This is a part time position (3 days a week) to start as soon as possible - January start candidates will also be considered. This will be a supply role initially however could be temp to perm for the right person. This is a non-class based role. CONTRACT DETAILS Location South Birmingham Position Primary SENCO Type of work SENCO in a primary school Contract or position start date ASAP / Jan 2025 Duration / Likely Duration Temp to Perm Contract or likely end date Temp to Perm Contract type Temp to Perm Full time/part time Part Time - 3 days Minimum rate of pay Minimum rate GBP160 Hours 8:30 am 4pm, plus parents evenings and meetings as required EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS QTS, QTLS or equivalent + National SENCO award Experience in a supply long term or permanent role Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references OTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
