You will contribute across the stack, both with hands-on contributions and by informing and driving architectural design and strategic planning. You will need to be a quick learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing full-stack applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building high-quality software products. Day to day responsibilities: Develop and maintain the front-end of our platform using React, Next.JS, TypeScript Develop backend services using Node.JS (full-stack Next.JS) Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise product features Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE A passion for building products with high impact on the forefront of the green shift. The capabilities to work across the entire stack and collaborate with designers. Our work frequently involves applying unusual ideas; you aren't hesitant to investigate new fields when tried approaches don't work, go over minute details, or look for non-engineering solutions to problems. Over 5 years of experience developing software and/or leading engineering teams to solve complex problems. Proven ability to define and build complex system. Mastery of front-end frameworks (React preferred), TypeScript, Critical Render Path (CRP) and CSS. Experience building scalable systems, with a high volume of data throughput. Experience with micro-frontends, mono repositories and client and server side rendering (CSR, SSR). Proficiency in different types of testing strategies (testing pyramid).
