Team Assistant role for global firm based in the City, working within Sports & Media.
£32k base salary plus bonus and benefits with 2 days in the office, and 3 days at home offered.

As Team Assistant you will be supporting the other EAs within the business area in a well established and successful division, where strong client relationships are key. You will support across various administration and project coordination which will provide excellent exposure for an individual looking to progress their PA/EA career long term. This will suit an individual who is eager and willing, with an appetite for learning. You will also have access to senior level leadership offering a fantastic insight and development opportunities.
Duties include;
- Assisting the EAs with all admin and EA duties
- Coordinating appointments/meetings
- Preparation of reports, proposals, packs, and other materials
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing and pitch presentations
- Assisting with travel arrangements- trains, hotels, itineraries
- Monitoring emails and responding in a timely professional manner
- Proof reading reports and proposals
- Assisting with the organisation of team and corporate events; aways days, lunches, corporate hospitality; liaising with in-house caterers and events teams
- Holiday & sickness cover to EAs
