Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering schools & NHS buildings.

The ideal candidate must have FM experience, PFI or done projects for local authorities educational sites. Must have a strong working knowledge of riba.

The Role

• Overseeing schools and NHS buildings
• P&L support
• Financial sign offs
• Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £2.5m per year
• Health & Safety sign off
• Client facing and holding meetings
• Reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
• PFI
• Riba
• Computer literate
• Driver
• Must have an enhanced DBS before starting work
