Telesales Agent

Telesales Executive - Loughborough - £32,000 per year + Commission We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our client’s dynamic team in Leicestershire. In this role, you will drive sales of feed solutions, palletized products, and other agricultural offerings through telephone-based sales. Role: * Drive sales of palletized products and the full range of feed solutions through telephone-based sales. * Collaborate closely with field-based account managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop business within assigned territories. * Generate and follow up on leads for various product categories, including straights, blends, seeds, additives, and calf milk replacer. * Advise farmers on product selection, ensuring optimal solutions for their livestock operations. * Execute sales campaigns in coordination with Product Managers to maximize sales growth. * Accurately log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system (C4C). * Hybrid role 3 days in the office per week Salary/Benefits: * £32,000 per year + commission. * Employee Assistance Programme. * Opportunities for personal and professional development. * Pension enhancements after 12 months of service. * Cycle to work scheme. * Variety and flexibility in daily responsibilities Skills/Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales * Knowledge of the agricultural sector or animal feed industry. * Highly motivated and results-driven with strong sales and closing skills. * Excellent communication abilities and customer focus. * Proficient in CRM systems; C4C experience is essential. * "Go to market" attitude with a proactive approach to business development. * Higher education level preferred (Degree, BTEC, etc.).
