Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator (Export)


My client are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their Logistics team, supporting the EMEA and LatAm regions. As Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier customer service and managing the end-to-end order process for our 70+ international distributors and partners.

As the first point of contact for our global network, you’ll work within a dynamic, fast-paced, outsourced supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your role will be key in understanding diverse international markets and collaborating with regional area managers to develop supply chain strategies that support business growth.

You will also be responsible for implementing new processes with our logistics partners, leading performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement to maintain our high service standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete customer order process from order entry to fulfillment, invoicing, and returns.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, acting as the primary contact for international order queries.
  • Utilise ERP and TMS systems to coordinate stock and warehouse schedules.
  • Collaborate with production planning and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Build strong relationships with outsourced manufacturers, warehouses, and transport partners to maintain service levels.
  • Proactively work with regional managers and the global demand team to address market needs, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee relationships with hauliers and freight forwarders, addressing service issues and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse performance data and report KPIs to drive service level consistency and improvements.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Degree-level education preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or transport planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience in order management systems.
  • Ability to thrive under time constraints with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and a collaborative team player.
