Location: Marden, Kent
Salary: circa 25,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time Mon -Fri 37.5 hours a week

They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

They are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and addressing general queries with professionalism.
- Responding to emails and managing the inbox efficiently.
- Issuing and organising necessary documentation.
- Posting credits and processing refunds accurately and timely.
- Assisting with taking payments and managing financial transactions.
- Supporting the accounts team with day-to-day financial tasks.
- Providing general administrative support as needed.
Previous experience in administration along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is an essential requirement for this role.
