Job Title: Store Manager - European Launch (London)Location: Lakeside Shopping Center ; Greater London

Department: Food and Beverage / Customer Service

Reports To: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000


Job Summary

An iconic Australian donuts brand, is seeking a creative and friendly Store Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This role is pivotal in launching our first European kiosk. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in working closely with food and coffee, engaging with customers, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
  • Direct and assist staff to achieve the highest level of service.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Be a self-starter who is proactive and able to bring in outside-the-box solutions.
  • Operations
  • Oversee daily operations of the kiosk, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of service and food hygiene in a busy environment.
  • Ensure the kiosk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Training and Development
  • Train new staff on organisation's practices, company values, and product ranges.
  • Encourage continuous learning and development among team members.
  • Sales and Promotion
  • Promote and upsell products to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets.
  • Implement and oversee promotional activities and special offers.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous management experience in a Food and Beverage environment is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Fine-tuned management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative flair and genuine interest in the company products.
  • Ability to bring in innovative and outside-the-box solutions.

  • Genuine interest and love for the product range.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant qualifications are a plus. Experience in the field is required.
