Electrical Compliance Engineer

Electrical Compliance Engineer (FWT, Remedials) Contract: Key Account Network Location: Lanarkshire Hours of work: 41.25 Contract Type: Permanent In this role, the Electrical Compliance Engineer will be responsible for performing electrical testing (EICR) and completing necessary remedial works in retail, commercial, and office settings. Job Description You will ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, including the accurate completion of NICEIC certification. A strong understanding of BS7671: 18th edition wiring regulations is essential, and the ability to work independently is key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities * Carry out fixed wire testing on various commercial based site across different contracts * Complete remedial works and thermal imaging on these sites also * Working along the M1, M11 and A1 roads * Working in various sites which consist of Retail, Schools, Light Industrial and Banking sites. * Working day starts around 2pm to 10pm but OT rates kick in from 6pm of an evening * Working on Amtech and EastServa systems * Some staying away may be involved but not every week Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications * 18th Edition * NVQ Installations * Test & Inspection but is only desirable The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
