At least 1 year of experience in a customer or client-facing role. Proficient in IT with the ability to learn and use new systems effectively. Consistent performance, conduct, and attendance in current role. Demonstrates company values and professional behaviour. What will a day in this role look like? Deliver exceptional customer service to clients. Collaborate and communicate effectively with operational teams and clients to meet service delivery expectations. Process tickets and queries according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure compliance with company policies, including Data Protection, Information Security, Health & Safety, Dignity at Work, and IT Acceptable Use. Manage ticketing process by raising and following up on tickets within required turnaround time to resolve screening queries. Apply pre-approvals and obtain authorisation for any additional costs as needed. Raise discrepancy notifications to clients as appropriate. Provide frontline administrative support to clients, including timely responses to phone/email queries, screening updates, and re-opening screenings. Resolve minor client complaints and escalate complex issues to the Operational Team Leader or Client Relationship Manager (CRM). Document and escalate recurring or avoidable issues to the Operational Team Leader or CRM for resolution. Educate and encourage clients to use the business' platform for self-service.
