Junior Sous Chef

The Langham, London; Europes first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join our talented team in our All Day Dining Kitchen. In this role, you will collaborate with the Head Chef to execute and improve on a diverse and delicious selection for Palm Court lounge, Artesian bar, In-Room Dining and Langham Club lounge. In the role of Junior Sous Chef, your key focus will be to: Lead and oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality In Room Dining meals. Collaborate with the executive chef to create and refine innovative menus. Coordinate seamlessly with room service staff to ensure efficient and smooth meal delivery. Manage inventory, optimize ordering, and control kitchen costs to maximize profitability. Mentor, train, and inspire kitchen staff to perform at their best, fostering a positive work environment.
