Business Analyst

We are pleased to be partnering with a train operating company who are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a 12 month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension. Reporting to the Head of Service Planning, in this role, you will be supporting the selection and implementation of a new software package for the timetable and resource planning team. Key responsibilities will include the mapping and documenting of the "as is" and developing "to be" processes, engaging with a variety of stakeholders and mapping the interfaces and data transfers between different departments.Key Requirements2+ years' experience working as a Business AnalystExperience working on a software/system procurement (highly desirable)Knowledge of the Rail sector (desirable)A self-starter with strong communication skills at all levelsMethodical and organisedThis is a 12 month fixed-term contract position.
