Treasury Analyst

Key Responsibilities of the Treasury Analyst:

Monitor and optimize cash balances, recommending actions like moving funds, depositing, or borrowing to minimize overdraft costs, while considering counterparty limits. Prepare and submit the monthly cash report by strict deadlines, liaising with local finance teams as needed. Manage the central database for global bonds and guarantees, advising group companies on reducing liabilities as bonds expire. Propose and execute trades related to the intercompany loan portfolio and group transactional hedges on the 360T platform. Handle money market investments on the group's trading platform. Serve as the system administrator, maintaining and updating the TMS. Oversee the intercompany netting process via TMS, adding entities and managing static data as required. Act as the primary contact for electronic banking, handling account changes and user entitlements. Ensure surplus cash from global group companies is returned to the treasury centre. Take ownership of assigned treasury projects and drive them to completion.

Candidate Expectations: Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Skilled in data analysis and interpretation, with the capacity to suggest actionable insights to senior team members. Ownership and proactive management of project work.

Ideal Candidate Profile: 1-3 years of experience in a corporate treasury environment, with an interest in pursuing a treasury career. Proficiency in treasury management systems, Bloomberg, or electronic banking platforms. Intermediate Excel skills.
