The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth over the coming years by fostering and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities. This role requires a deep understanding of the health and social care sector, along with the ability to present confidently and maximize tender submissions. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and other key stakeholders. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive organizational growth. * Lead and manage the tender submission process, ensuring all proposals are compelling and meet the necessary requirements. * Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and presentations. * Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy. * Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a relationship management or business development role within the health and social care sector. * Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations and practices. * Demonstrated ability to manage and maximize tender submissions successfully. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
