Junior Portfolio Manager - Award-Winning UK Challenger Bank

Buckden Partners are currently recruiting for a Junior portfolio Manager to join our client, an award-winning UK challenger bank within their Development Finance team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Facility documentation;
• Liaison with clients
• Liaison with professionals including legal, valuation and construction monitoring
• Completion of due diligence on new facilities, including FCI and connected exposure checks along with reviewing Valuation reports, PMS reports and Reports on Titles
• Handling monthly development drawdowns requests
• Assist with ad hoc audit and administration tasks, including processing of invoices, interest and redemption statements
• Arranging security releases
• General administrative tasks

What you’ll bring to the team

Skills

• Educated to a degree level (ideally within Real Estate, Finance, Business or similar)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Outstanding attention to detail
