This strategic role is vital in guiding our account teams, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to Buttermilk's growth.What We Need You To DoOversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing strong, long-term client relationships.Lead and motivate account teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service that aligns with client goals.Develop strategic marketing plans and oversee their implementation.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and strategic adjustments.Drive new business development and identify opportunities for account growth.What We’d Like From YouExtensive experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within the marketing or advertising industry.Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinking with a keen understanding of marketing trends and consumer behaviour.What Buttermilk Offers:Joining Buttermilk as a Group Accounts Director, you will become a key member of a leading creator marketing agency.
