You will be instrumental in providing strategic legal advice to a diverse client base, encompassing both domestic and international corporations. This will involve drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation, conducting due diligence, managing transaction processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. A strong academic background and a minimum of 4-8 years' post-qualification experience in corporate M&A at a leading law firm. A deep understanding of UK corporate law and M&A regulations. Proven experience in handling complex M&A transactions, including public takeovers and schemes of arrangement. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build rapport with clients.
