Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical bias)

I am currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to cover sites in Longbridge, Basingstoke and Cheltenham. You will be based at one site per working day.

Responsbilities of the successful Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer:

• Carrying out reactive works and pre-planned maintenance within the contract's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Electrical works
• Various aspects of commercial maintenance, including PPM tasks such as Emergency Lighting and Tap Temperature Testing, as well as mechanical works and general joinery repairs
• Acting as the immediate first responder to reactive maintenance and emergency tasks
• Documenting any defects or issues discovered during inspections or service visits
• Completing fabric tasks will be part of your responsibilities, and it is important for you to feel comfortable carrying them out effectively.

The ideal Multi-Skilled Electrician will possess the following:

• Previous experience working in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment
• Experience in conducting mechanical repair tasks, both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive, within a commercial setting
• Experience in completing electrical reactive tasks
• Previous experience working with public sector end clients.
